- What does Renaissance mean, when was it, and what happened during this period?
The renaissance means the revival of European art and literature. It was between the 14th to the 17th century.
- Who were the two rulers of England during Shakespeare’s time?
Queen Elizabeth I and King James I.
- In which city and country did the Renaissance originally begin?
Florence, located in the country of Italy.
